The San Diego Padres’ Ha-Sung Kim, 28, hasn’t garnered much attention in the second round of Major League Baseball’s All-Star Fan Voting.
MLB.com, the official website of Major League Baseball, announced the results of the second round of All-Star Fan Voting on Monday (Nov. 21).
National League (NL) second baseman Ha Sung Kim is in eighth place with 200,453 votes. 메이저사이트
That’s up one spot from last week’s ninth-place finish (82,879 votes), but not enough to threaten the top spot.
The top spot is held by Luis Arajuez (Miami Marlins) with 1,056,439 votes.
NL Outfielder nominee Ronald Acuna Jr. maintained his lead as the top vote-getter after the first interim tally.
After leading the first round of voting with 1,085,037 votes, the only candidate to surpass the 1 million mark, Acuna Jr. now has 2,214,668 votes. He is the only other candidate with more than 2 million votes.
Two-hit wonder Shohei Ohtani (Los Angeles Angels) received the most votes in the American League (AL).
The AL designated hitter candidate led the way with 1,851,144 votes.
MLB All-Star voting is a two-round process. The top two vote-getters at each position in the first round of voting (six outfielders) will have a second runoff to determine the All-Star Game starters.
The top two vote-getters in both leagues will be selected to start the All-Star Game without a second vote.
Pitchers will be selected through a combination of player voting and secretariat recommendations.
This year’s All-Star Game will be held on June 12 at T-Mobile Park, home of the Seattle Mariners. 안전놀이터추천
