The Asian Games team will play two friendlies against China in June.
The Hangzhou Asian Games team (U24), coached by Hwang Sun-hong, will play two friendly matches against the Chinese Asian Games team in China during the A-match in June, the Korea Football Association announced on Wednesday.
The Asian Games are normally reserved for the under-23 national teams. However, due to the postponement of last year’s Hangzhou Asian Games by one year, the U24 team will be competing in the tournament 먹튀검증.
The matches will kick off at 7pm on the 15th and 8.35pm on the 19th. Both matches will be held at the Jinhua Stadium in Zhejiang province, which will also host the Hangzhou Asian Games football competition.
The roster will be announced on the 5th and the squad will assemble at Incheon Airport on the 12th to depart for China.
Due to the postponement of the Hangzhou Asian Games, the team has not played an official match since then. The team travelled to Qatar in March and played two practice matches with local clubs. In May, the team held a three-day training camp at Paju NFC to improve their organisation.

Meanwhile, the Hangzhou Asian Games will kick off on 19 September. Korean football will be aiming for a third consecutive gold medal after winning in Incheon in 2014 and Jakarta in 2018.
